Creamy Peanut Butter Dessert
500ml table cream
8 Pasokin Originals or Cocoa Crunch
70g roasted peanut (with or without salt)
1 can of condensed milk
Pasokin Crumbs for garnish
Beat all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Transfer the cream to a large saucepan and cook over medium heat. (Don’t worry, it is normal if you find the mixture is liquid at first, but the cream will thicken.)
Once the mixture thickens, turn of stove and remove from heat.
Pour the cream into a heat-safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours.
After 4 hours, remove the mousse from the refrigerator and process in mixer until it’s light and aerated cream.
Add the mixture to cups, alternating with layers of Pasokin Crumbs.
