Pasokin Expresso Balls
1 Espresso shot
1 Tablespoon raw cacao
1 Cup dates
1 Cup cashews
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
Crumbled Pasokin Original or Pasokin Crumbs
Combine coffee, cacao, dates, cashews, vanilla, and cinnamon in the food processor.
Process until mixture is sticky.
Scoop from container and roll into balls, then lightly dust in crumbled Pasokin.
Place finished products in the fridge to set. Serve when ready!
