Pasokin Peanut Butter Ice cream
1.5kg frozen bananas (1 day before you remove the peels of bananas, cut them into slices and freeze)
20 Pasokin Originals or Cocoa Crunch
100ml coconut milk
Add the frozen bananas in a food processor and chop into small pieces.
Then, add the coconut milk to processor and blend until ingredients are completely mixed.
Throw in Pasokin and process a few more seconds.
Place the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours until firm, or if you prefer creamier consistency, you can scoop immediately.
Serve with Pasokin Crumbs on top.
Remove from the freezer to thaw for about 30 minutes before serving.
