Pasokin Peanut Butter Pie
200g wheat flour (1 cup + 1 tablespoon)
1/2 cup of cold butter cut into cubes (100g)
1/4 cup sugar (45g)
320g of Pasokin Crumbs
1 cup of cream cheese (220g)
1 can of condensed milk (395g)
Add flour, butter, sugar, and 160g Pasokin Crumbs to a food processor and mix until light and crumbly.
In a cake pan with a removable bottom (24cm X 6.5cm), add the Pasokin mix (2cm high).
Place in preheated oven at 180° C (400° F) for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, condensed milk, 160g Pasokin Crumbs, 2 eggs, and whisk until you get a consistent texture.
Then, spread the cream on top of the base, and cook in oven at 180° C (400° F) for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool and serve.
